Who We Help
Individual Therapy
With the help of a therapist, individuals can learn to cope with difficult situations and gain the skills and confidence needed to lead a more fulfilling life.
Individual psychotherapy is a valuable tool for those looking to improve their mental well-being and navigate life’s challenges. Through one-on-one sessions with a trained therapist, individuals can gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, leading to greater self-awareness and the ability to make positive changes in their lives. Whether dealing with depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns, individual psychotherapy can provide the support and guidance needed to overcome obstacles and achieve greater emotional stability.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy focuses on building stronger bonds, feeling more connected and helping with conflict resolution within the relationship.
Couples often struggle with communication issues, conflict, and feelings of disconnection in their relationships. At Sea Glass Mental Health, we understand the complexities of relationships and are here to help. Our experienced therapists use a range of tools and strategies along with an evidence-based approach to help couples reconnect, find more love and build a more resilient relationship.
First Responders
Our experienced therapists focus on managing trauma-related symptoms, enhancing stress resilience, and improving your personal relationships. Through tailored therapy, we can help you build resilience, heal emotional wounds, and develop vital coping strategies to maintain your well-being. As a first responder, the stress and unique challenges you face can lead to serious mental health struggles and it is our goal to help you find ways to cope while on and off the job during your process of healing. We are here to support your journey to wellness.
