Mental Health First Aid® is a nationally recognized, evidence-based curriculum designed to teach individuals how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. Certification is valid for three years.

Participants will gain practical skills in using ALGEE, the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Action Plan. Through this course, participants will learn how to:
